Be proficient in Digital, Mixed-signal and High-speed IO test design and program development. - 2011, on-site support in Hachioji, Japan (2 times, one month each time) for SONY and Panasonic SOC test project. Developed test program which covers DC, DFT, PLL, ADC/DAC and concurrent. Successfully debugged pass test program and released it to production. - 2010, on-site support in Boeblingen, Germany (2 months) for Verigy High-speed microprocessor characterization project.
