Director - LED Lighting KTI 1. Manage R&D team and oversee the technology development in the field of LED lighting and CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaic) technologies; 2. Forster culture of innovation by leading product and technology brainstorming sessions and establish the patent portfolio (26 granted patents and 30 pending patents) for protecting developed technologies and products. Serve as a key inventor in 18 granted patents and 20 pending patents; 3. Led the team to acquire and build new customer accounts in LED lighting and CPV sectors; 4. Led market intelligence research and analysis, investigate market needs and explore new business and technical opportunities; 5. Collaboration with different Hong Kong government departments for establishing the Code/Standard and deploying LED lighting technology in Hong Kong; 6. Collaborated with licensees to deploy LED outdoor lighting and CPV technologies in 7 cities of China. Senior Manager - LED Lighting Division (JUN, 2007 ~ JUN, 2009) 1. Established the logistic system for providing rapid prototyping service to projects or customers; 2. Led the R&D team to develop new LED lighting and control technology in streetlamp application; 3. Led creation of the business plan and explored market in the China for promoting LED lighting technologies. Manager - LED Lighting Department (AUG, 2005 ~ JUN, 2007) 1. Built the Department from ground up and established technical/design platforms for developing the LED lighting technologies; 2. LED the R&D team to execute government projects and develop LED packaging and LED indoor lighting technologies.
1. The company is a photomask shop and start up at the year of 2003; 2. Job duty was mainly forced on Fab. construction, production line establishment, and pilot run; 3. Established the operation, logistic management, supply chain management and quality control system (ISO9001:2000 & QS9000).
