Finance Director, Europe Region, Leading finance team across 16 countries in EU. Duties -Responsible for all Finance related matter in Europe Division, including Liquidity, statutory, internal reporting and external reporting -Leading a team of 20+ team members, across all Major EU countries -Focusing in control, process improvement and business support Achievements -Reduce Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), enhance Purchasing and stock aging control, switch all major products into local EU ODM/ OEM manufacture without additional fund support from Group Headquarter; -Implement integrated online shopping platform, implement e-wallet System; -Resolve Potential Tax challenges, enhance relationship with Distributors across Europe; -Budget / Execution FP&A, control and process improvements, lead to major cashflow breakthrough. -Overcome major potential tax challenges, improve process (in both collection and payment cycle), and lead to better sales result; -The sales was doubled within in first 2 year, and maintain healthy growth in the third year; -Creating a great team environment and build a stronger team within in 2 years, apart from passing on knowledge, team now can discuss and resolve new challenges; -Managing touch cashflow, switching all main products to local EU ODM without additional fund support from Group
Report to Regional Executive Director, overseeing 6 country- collection teams across Asia Monitor and Control all liquidity related metrics, AR DSO, Past Due, Bad Debt, Reporting and consolidating on Asia level. Leading all collection related Process Improvement Driving execution excellency Issuing Asia level liquidity results, DSO, term mix, paymix, etc. Facilitating ongoing Asia level discussion with Finance and Sales Executive Directors / VP, and actions of general direction. SOX and CSA responsible for Asia countries

Provide assurance for the company on financial reporting reliability, operational execution effectivess and efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Report to accounting Director, Closing process and review Responsible includes: AP / Bank / Cash, Fixed Assets, Payroll C&B, OPEX / accrual, Tax, management book, statutory book. Process Including Journal Entry / Account reconciliation / Critical Finance Review, trend. SOX, CSA, MRL, etc. Hosting China level monthly Controllers Call (plus Balance Sheet review), interlock with Segment SBU Work & corporate with APJ team, delivery regional standard People manager Leading Dynamic Team 10+ members
