Passenger Services Associate under Lion Air Group (Thai Lion Air, Batik Air Indonesia/Malaysia) Check-In Counter • Perform check-in services for passenger in accordance with: > Airline guidelines (Baggage allowances, etc) > Safety Regulations (Dangerous goods, etc) > Security Rules > Travel Regulations (Visa requirements, Passport validity, etc) Boarding Gate • Gate In-Charge (IC): > Take charge of the on-goings at the gate > Ensure necessary documents are prepared for the cabin crew. > Coordinate with different teams (Baggage, Ramp, Refuelling, Load Control, Flight Operations). > Initiate offloading of late passengers. > Troubleshoot discrepancies. • Gate Controller: > Ensure the correct passenger is boarded on the correct flight as per passport and boarding pass. > Ensure the passenger counts are tally with gate system. • Gate Runner: > Collect/Submit documents from/to cabin crew. > Liaise matters with cabin crew.
• Conducting roving service to assist passengers with enquiries regarding their flights, amenities and wayfinding in the airport. • Assist with operations within the Transit Holding Area (THA) by attending to passengers' enquiries about transiting procedures in Singapore, transit hotel booking, online duty-free shopping, etc. • Ensuring passengers and airport staff adhere to safe management measures (SMMs) such as proper mask wearing and safe distancing. • Ensuring passengers have necessary documents and procedures (E.g. Health declaration, TraceTogether, etc) ready before proceeding for arrival immigration and arrival COVID-19 test. • Performing relevant duties in the Changi Testing Facility (CTF) as per CTFA's jobscope.
• Assisting passengers with registration and payment for their on arrival COVID-19 PCR Test. • Responding to passenger's enquiries regarding arrival procedures and health measures. • Coordinating with relevant partners (E.g. CAG, RMG, ICA, Certis) to ensure passengers' on arrival testing proceeds smoothly.
• Assisting Duty Terminal Managers (DTMs) with day-to-day terminal operations, responding to incidents and faults as well as to perform service recovery if necessary. • Managing flight gate changes. • Conduct anti-congestion measures at various touchpoints. • Respond and assist with general enquiries and way finding around the airport.
• Learn about customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience. • Taking food orders, preparing food and drinks and serving them to customers in a fast and friendly manner. • Ensuring that the restaurant is clean.
