As Trade Coordinator, I led multiple core functions including Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, and Quality Management, reporting directly to top management and overseeing critical commercial and operational processes. 🔹 Purchasing & Supplier Management Managed the end-to-end supplier management system, including performance monitoring, commercial negotiations, cost optimization and long-term partnership development. Developed new suppliers, created alternative sourcing opportunities and strengthened the supply chain resilience for both domestic and international operations. Led supplier quality improvement initiatives, supplier system development projects and sustainability capacity-building programs. Implemented sustainability requirements within the supplier network by ensuring alignment with Seger’s ESG and quality standards. 🔹 Sales, Marketing & OEM Relations Directed sales and marketing activities for both OEM and Aftermarket markets across 70+ countries. Managed key relationships and commercial activities with major global OEMs such as Tesla, Renault Group, Stellantis (Dodge), MAN, Daimler and others. Conducted customer expectation analyses and developed strategic pricing, commercial policies and long-term account strategies aligned with global customer requirements. Oversaw the domestic dealer network of 14 distributors, enhancing customer engagement, sales performance and market development strategies. 🔹 Quality Systems & Operational Excellence Supervised the Quality department, ensuring continuous improvement of management systems, customer-specific requirements and company-wide quality standards. Strengthened the integration of quality processes across departments, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role enabled me to manage high-impact commercial, operational, and quality-driven initiatives simultaneously, while shaping Seger’s global growth, customer experience, and supplier ecosystem.
Led the implementation and alignment of Seger’s corporate management systems between our Turkey headquarters and our manufacturing facility in China. Provided on-site and remote training to Chinese teams to ensure full adaptation of Turkish operational and communication standards. Traveled regularly between Turkey and China to oversee system integration, process harmonization and cross-functional coordination. Developed and deployed organizational communication systems and procedures in the China plant, ensuring consistency, transparency and seamless collaboration with the Turkish operations.
