With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and skilled operations manager at Marelli, a global leader in innovation and technology for mobility. I oversee the manufacturing operations of two plants, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, having managed the design, implementation, and optimization of production processes and systems at Magneti Marelli, a former subsidiary of Marelli. I have also led the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program, applying lean manufacturing principles and tools to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance performance. I have multiple skills in manufacturing process improvement, lean manufacturing, and process engineering, which I use to deliver value and excellence to Marelli and its customers.
