It was lucky to become a member of Toastmaster club, a nonprofit international club for improving the communication and leadership skills. Now I have finished my competent communication(CC)journey, I'm starting the AC journey. It's worth expecting since I believe in "Learn by doing". Meanwhile, I could meet lots of friends here with common interests and positive attitudue in both life and work. I served as SAA in 2014 and I took the role of VPPR from July, 2015 to 2016 July. As an HR Advisor, I took part in the implementation of the global HRO projects by working on system support Phase1.
