- Coordinate and schedule a high volume amount of interview requests (20-50+ requests per day) - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide both verbal and written communication in a timely manner - Schedule virtual and onsite interviews across various locations and timezones (domestic and internationally) - Create partnerships and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on different teams across multiple departments - Ensure rooms are booked for onsite interviews and every interview invite has a Microsoft Teams link - Support candidate walk-ins and ensure great candidate experience - Join candidate presentations to ensure all equipments/screen-sharing is working properly prior to the hiring team’s arrival - Work with 3rd party travel agency to book travel accommodations for candidates arriving domestically and internationally - Attend hiring events and serve as the coordinator by checking in guests, assigning panelists to candidates for each round, initiate feedback tasks and dismiss candidates while maintaining a positive customer service demeanor - Assist with coordinating virtual hiring events by sending out interview and confirmation emails - Utilize the in-house applicant tracking system for all interview requests that includes: panelist required, job description, candidate related documents/information and hiring team information - Collaborate and brainstorm ideas for process improvements to enhance candidate experience and productivity - Assist Referrals team with answering tickets
