I led LGD’s strategy and marketing team for a new product category "Gaming OLED." I oversee the entire process of launching a new product line-up for gaming brands. This requires coordination among many functions from display panel engineering to product design and new partnerships.
As the head of Gaming Strategy and Marketing Team at LGD, my responsibilities include : - Oversee entire process of launching a new product line-up for gaming brands. - Coordinate many functions from display panel engineering to product design and public relations for trade shows. - Connect with customers through various channels so that they can always feel confident about our product and their commitment to the alliance.
- Identified opportunities for smaller OLED TVs from consumer behavior and market research. - Crafted a strong business case for new sized displays, and therefore support upfront fab investment decisions for what is now a 42" OLED TV.
- Developed efficient and intuitive marketing strategies in Western Europe and Nordic region. - Organized advertising/communication campaigns (ATL, BTL) with TV brands.
- Led analysis on automotive display for corporate marketing over analytical, sales data and industry trends - Developed new metrics to estimate how much OLED technology has its future potentials in the new automotive business.
As part of the CEO staffs, identified and prioritized industry’s research org and analysts - Involved closely monitoring the industry reports and meet with the core analysts to maintain effective relationships - Manage annual procurement and budget plan on industry publications
