My day-to-day focus is on practical AI—specifically architecting multi-agent, LLM-driven systems and integrating AI natively into product development. Previously, I helped shape a venture portfolio at Deloitte with £20M+ ARR potential. I’ve architected modern data platforms, turned around struggling engineering teams, and built scalable technical foundations across the fintech and data sectors. I don't do innovation theater. Working on AI adoption and enterprise agent implementation strategy for PE-backed mid-market companies at Exobrain — an AI-native consultancy moving organizations beyond prototypes to governed, scalable AI systems.
