Miloš Mandić

AI‑Native Systems Architect & Engineering Leader

London Area, United Kingdom

About

Right now, I split my time between building my own early-stage AI-driven software startup and consulting for PE-backed mid-market companies. For my consulting clients, I help them make defensible tech investments and then actively help build the solutions. My day-to-day focus is on practical AI—specifically architecting multi-agent, LLM-driven systems and integrating AI natively into product development. Previously, I helped shape a venture portfolio at Deloitte with £20M+ ARR potential. I’ve architected modern data platforms, turned around struggling engineering teams, and built scalable technical foundations across the fintech and data sectors. I don't do innovation theater. I care about shipping working software, building robust architectures (both cloud and hybrid), and removing the friction it takes to get from a concept to production. Core focus areas: AI-native product engineering & multi-agent systems Enterprise technology strategy & technical due diligence Cloud & on-premise architecture Engineering team turnarounds & scaling Based in London. Always open to connecting over technical advisory, architecture projects, or hands-on consulting engagements. Reach out.

Experience

  • Founder / Principal Consultant at Sentavia
    Jun 2025 - Present · 1 yr 2 mos

I run Sentavia as a sole Director, taking on a select number of engagements where I act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on builder. A core principle across all my work is operating in an AI-native way—using advanced LLMs and agentic workflows to accelerate design, architecture, and delivery on every project. Depending on what a client needs, my focus typically falls into three areas: * AI-native product engineering: Building and shipping applications where AI is both a core feature and a force multiplier for development. * Agentic systems: Architecting and deploying multi-agent, LLM-driven solutions across cloud and on-premise environments, including custom frameworks and data pipelines. * Technology strategy:  Helping founders and leadership teams make clear, defensible decisions about where to invest in technology and why. I partner primarily with small and PE-backed mid-market companies—agile environments where technical decisions have immediate commercial consequences, and the friction to adopt new operating models is far lower than in large enterprises.

I conduct strategic research on the AI stack, providing architecture and tool recommendations that drive real operational efficiency and competitive differentiation. Translating AI potential into production reality. Leading the technical transition from rapid proofs-of-concept into enterprise-grade systems applying best-practice engineering principles, including DevOps/CI/CD pipelines, automated evaluations (evals), observability, and distributed tracing.
