Supported in managing EHS systems for L&T's landmark Ad Dakhiliyah Water Transmission System Project Phase II in Oman. Built the EHSMS for the Water International BU from the ground up including IMS Manual, HIRA, SOPs, and dual ISO 45001/14001 certification. • Undertook a project “Safety Climate Survey and behavioral-based safety implementation”, to analyze the perception of employees towards safety at a different level of management • Formulated a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and validated its reliability with Cronbach's Alpha • Conducted a survey of top management, middle management, and shop floor employees • Analyzed the survey using Spearman’s rank correlation of coefficient, mean, mode, and median • Recommended actions based on the analysis towards achieving a positive safety climate and overall improvement of the safety culture of the organization
• Conducted Electrostatic hazard assessment using static charge meter and surface resistive meter • Identified the areas of charge accumulation and accordingly recommended safe ways of complete charge dissipation. • Validated third party report of “Hazardous area classification”
Exposed to the complete production cycle of 3 cyanopyridine and the application of vapor absorption heat pump, distillation column, reactor, and cooling tower in the production
