With a 20+ years working with agencies across Australia & Canada I now lead the high-stakes agency relationships at Google Canada. My focus has always been on fostering integration across marketing, technology, and media with the view to delivering business outcomes for agencies, clients and partners like Google. At the core of my role lies the art of connecting—people, ideas, technologies, and media. My mission is to inspire, influence, develop & grow the ecosystem of agencies and partners that power Canada's SMBs. And I believe that as trusted partners we can enable partners to be a force multiplier for growth; bringing the best of Google through long term strategic partnerships.
I lead an Agency Sales teams in Toronto, helping shape the futures of our partner Agencies in Canada. Beyond agencies I work with strategic media, tech and equity partners to help fuel the long term growth of Canadian SMBs through strategic alignment with Google and our AI powered products.
Led the IPG, Dentsu & WPP business (not concurrently) for Google Canada - responsible for managing the broader Google's relationship, integrating with sales team, global stakeholders, developing partnership agreements, deal structuring and negotiation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
As group account lead across the McDonald's, Adidas, Google and Mondelez business I managed a diverse group of account directors and executives. Our mandate was to deliver best in class digital leadership through strategy, creative and technology across many areas of their business including marketing, advertising and operations.
As the account lead for McDonald's Canada digital business I oversee both National and Regional teams. Our responsibility is to drive thought leadership across all digital channels including web, social and mobile. I am also incredibly proud to have been the lead on the 'Our Food. Your Questions.' program which saw unprecedented collaboration and integration with every part of the agency, media and McDonald's. Programs like this don't happen without months of tireless effort from a diverse group of people. It has gone on to be awarded and recognised for it brave approach and flawless execution of how to do modern day communications using digital and social media. Recognised both locally and internationally the program has been the recipient of over 45 awards including numerous best in show titles as well as Cannes Lions and One Show pencils.
