Miles currently serves as the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Group Leader for the Forensic & Integrity Services practice. He has 25 years of investigation and compliance experience, specializing in fraud, bribery and corruption, third party risk management and trade compliance. Miles has conducted investigations around the globe involving regulators including Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”). In addition, Miles has significant experience in assisting clients with the design, implementation and monitoring of ethics and compliance programs, forensic data analytics solutions, third party due diligence and compliance audits, risk assessments and anti-corruption monitoring. Miles’ clients include the largest and most admired companies in the world as well as prominent white-collar crime attorneys. Miles has worked in EY’s Grand Cayman, London and Chicago offices and is now based in San Francisco leading the TMT Industry Group.
