As a Transformational Coach and Facilitator accredited by both the ICF (ACC) and EMCC (Senior Practitioner level), I partner with individuals and leaders to create purposeful transformation in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. Through deep, reflective conversations, I support clients in clarifying their goals, building self-awareness, and reconnecting with what truly matters. Together we cultivate confidence, emotional intelligence, and conscious action to move toward a life and career that feel aligned and fulfilling. My coaching approach combines systemic awareness, Nonviolent Communication, and a partnership mindset. I believe transformation happens through trust, curiosity, and shared responsibility, not pressure. Before coaching, I spent two decades as a freelance Art Director, leading creative projects and multicultural teams. That experience shaped my capacity to see people and systems with empathy, creativity, and respect for complexity, qualities I now bring into my coaching practice.
