    Achieving promotion throughout my career with Lucid LLC, I lead all elements of business development, expanding the enterprise to undertake business not only in the UK but across Central Europe. Within this function, I drive the business forward, through forging and managing strong client relationships with clientele to increase sales and revenue. Highlights from my role include: • Identify, develop and help implement strategies to extend Lucid into new segments i.e. Central Europe, thus scaling the business to boost profits • Develop the business and bring in new clients, build a sales pipeline and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers • Launch the BU, recruiting a team of five, including opening of a new office in Hamburg with a Country Manager DACH • Represent the firm at major events, including trade shows and conferences to promote the business • Support the marketing team on the localisation of the company’s message across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Belgium • Motivate the team and increase productivity when implementing a new commissioning framework • Conduct weekly sales meeting, facilitating the entire EMEA region

    Through my role, I managed the pre-sales aspect, acting as the main contact between the product and sales teams. Highlights from my role included: • Oversaw Toluna’s technology platform, including creation and roll out, centring on delivering for market research agencies and major enterprise customers in the APAC region • Grew APAC technology revenue growth 200%+, over three years, when pinpointing and capitalising on new opportunities • Increased the size of the team to support the growing business, onboarding three additional employees; managed the customer success team in the APAC region • Led successful negotiation and won new contracts in India and Thailand • Orchestrated internal sales training to teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Gurgaon.
