Started my career gathering and structuring business requirements for IT projects. Conducted interviews, mapped business processes, and prepared specifications for development teams. Helped teams and clients translate “what we want” into “what we can actually build.” This role gave me a strong foundation for understanding both business logic and technical limitations.
