As an Integration Project Manager - I successfully spearheaded the pilot SAP & GBS implementation project for one of our newly acquired fragrance & beauty companies in Germany. This initiative encompassed key areas such as operations, supply chain, trade affairs, procurement, enterprise data management, human resources, and finance & controlling As EMEA Integration Lead - I oversaw all SAP & GBS integration projects in EMEA for Givaudan's newly acquired companies (T&W and F&B) - I acted as line manager for integration leads and experts in the region, ensuring their professional development and performance management.
I managed a project team of external Big Four consultants and Givaudan employees to design a global permanent GBS entity (Integration Office). Key design elements included mission, organization, change management strategy, processes, sizing, cost, location, governance, and implementation timeline. Additionally, I contributed to design a robust global program that integrated 10+ newly acquired companies into Givaudan by implementing SAP and transitioning to GBS across five continents, impacting over 3,000 employees in both the Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing divisions.
I managed a team focused on the group’s strategic planning activities and successfully led the introduction and independent audit of our integrated management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. As a member of the Leadership Team for the Group’s Shared Service Centre, I also developed a comprehensive back office and consulting service catalogue.
I introduced a PMP-based project management methodology, harmonizing practices across the Group. I acted as the quality manager for complex, high-value projects (over €3M) and coordinated audit preparations while leading internal audits.
I rolled out five reengineering project lifecycles to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency in HR Shared Services by applying various Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
I rolled out three transition project lifecycles impacting over 20 FTEs across 10+ EMEA locations, focusing on transactional procurement, sourcing support, and purchase order administration. Additionally, I developed the procurement book of work, along with SLA and KPI frameworks.
I provided on-site business consulting for a robust core banking system (Flexcube) implementation project, focusing on business requirement specification, GAP analysis, core product parameterization, CASA, loan product setup, and testing.
I acted as SME in the E2E transition of A/P processes from France to the Budapest Centre and served as deputy manager of the A/P department, leading a team of 16. I coordinated daily tasks, including vendor invoice processing and monthly closing activities, and represented employees during collective redundancies.
I handled incoming PO/NPO invoices, outgoing payments, and prepared A/P month-end closing reports in SAP. Additionally, I was a business project team member for mapping and analyzing standardized A/P processes.
