Hirschmann Car Communication, a reliable automotive supplier in the field of mobile transmission and reception, entrusted me with the role of Finance & Controlling Manager since 2025. During my career I have been overseeing all aspects of administration departments, including finance, controlling, HR, risk management, and internal control systems. I have set up controlling departments in four different companies in Hungary and Romania and worked as a Finance Manager in China for nearly a year. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a Lean Office Master from Hochschule Ansbach, I have the skills and knowledge to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative processes and functions. I am a self-motivated person who takes responsibility and motivates my team by involving them in decision making and problem solving. I have practical experience in lean office and innovation training, and I am used to working in an international environment due to my dual nationality and language skills. I have also handled financial merger and demerger projects successfully. I gained experiance with manufacturing companies producing construction working tools, enclosures, mechanical components, industrial PCs and metall processed parts. My goal is to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by providing high-quality administrative support and strategic guidance.
