As Operations Manager, I have been responsible for the daily operations of our factory in Hobro, which includes the areas of Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and Facilities. In this role, I have had 5 managers in direct reference and 50+ in indirect reference. My main focus has been on transforming current areas of responsibility to match future challenges in a rapidly changing world.
