Throughout his tenure with the firm, he has supported a variety of clients such as commercial and investment banks, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and other financial institutions. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mikhail worked at another executive search firm in Dubai, serving clients across the Middle East and Africa. During this time, he worked across multiple sectors, with a focus on Financial Services, Diversified Conglomerates and Real Estate.
