We are active in global distribution from slaughterhouse, fishing vessel or fruit orchard to the importing country. Each load/container is a project and we handle it with care, our advises include a global multiple choices view at the market. Our approach is open in order to heighten volumes and service grade. At Partners Network, my main responsibilities are as following: - Maintain business scope on all of the meat food products (pork, poultry, beef, fish); - Turn new developments into trades; make new contacts & grow the new network of potential clients; - Create insight into different cultures to better understand international clients; - Analyse in-depth needs and act proactive in various approaches, keep tracking their desires & offer right goods at right time; - Travel on regular basis to (potential) clients/suppliers to establish a stable & reliable relationship; - Update the team about international legal regulations and customs regulations (safeguard import duties, general protection measures, relevant regulations to the industry); - Attend global exhibitions to meet and communicate with new & old clients/suppliers regularly; - Analyse, verify and control financials, credibility & track of business records of the clients/suppliers; - Avoid and manage claims with in-depth knowledge of the needs and specifications of clients/suppliers; - Ensure that all goods are supplied rightly and delivered timely at a reasonable price; - Gatekeep product quality control as required, with a third-party survey company like SGS, Anderson, etc; - Keep posted with necessary information on economic/political situations within the trading countries. - Update the team status of food industry (trade figures, seasonal production data, etc.) and relevant information over assigned markets.
Tianyu industry & trade group is an independent, competitive company that specialises in the trading and transportation of energy commodities around the world. The majority of its work today is focused on solid fuel trading, but they are also working on expanding their services to incorporate new forms of energy. Its trading desks work closely with their shipping division to offer their clients an efficient and affordable service every time. The shipping division, as well as providing valuable support for their trading operations, also offers its vessels for use by third-party companies for transporting products other than coal, such as cement and wheat. At Tianyu group, my main responsibilities are as following: - Plan, implement & ensure an optimized, cost-efficient, quality-controlled demand/supply workflow; - Monitor daily product flow direction and communication; - Cope with suppliers & freight forwarders regarding product movement within the supply chain; - Collaborate with Warehouse teams on special inventory-related priorities; - Set up bi-weekly KPI & strategic goals for the Supply chain planning team.
