Extensive experience working in the International C4I arena, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, the SPAWAR Systems Centers, Lockheed Martin – Maritime Systems, L3, and other defense related organizations working on domestic and Foreign Military Sales programs. My focus is currently on prototype system development. My success was built on strong hands-on technical skills coupled with management ability, system development skills, requirements definition and operational experience with tactical C4I systems. Enlisted as Operations Specialist - promoted to Senior Chief 1989 - Commissioned 1994 - primary duties Tactical Action Officer and Officer Of the Deck (OOD) underway on USS KITTY HAWK, USS JOHN C. STENNIS. Qualified as Surface Warfare Officer, Coordinated and executed shift for deployment training from mock-up simulation to use of ship systems at TTGP.
