• Led the Digital & Innovation agenda for Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service & Planning, ensuring E2E development and implementation of SoA-based solutions including Machine/Deep Learning, Robotics, 3D Printing, AR/VR, Classic & Generative AI, LLMs, and Advanced Analytics. • Created and led the first Digital HUB for the Americas, supporting 11 OpCos with a model later adopted across Heineken’s global network. • Led Heineken Americas to become the Best-Connected Brewery and #1 in E2E Savings, Cultural adoption (+Change Management) and global front runners among all regions for 6 consecutive years. • Led strategic cloud migrations of core systems including SAP ECC to S/4HANA, vERP, OTM (TMS), Blue Yonder (S&OP), and WMS platforms, upgrading the IT landscape and aligning it with business objectives. • Implemented robust IT/OT governance frameworks and cybersecurity standards, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance across hybrid environments • Established an Open Collaboration & Innovation model with Key Partners, Universities, Government & Startups • Accountable for ≈30MEUR CAPEX/OPEX and +30 FTE´s, reporting directly to 3 VPs
