PNM was established in 2010 by Mr. Mike Pham and his wife. Mr. Pham is Attorney-at-law and Certified Chief Accountant. He’s been working in both fields legal and accounting for 30 years. He was head of accounting department in many multinational enterprises including big factories with more than 2,000 workers. He used to manage several departments in the factory i.e. accounting department, import-export department and warehouse. He worked for Frasers Law Firm and was Senior Associate at Roedl & Partner Vietnam. He used to assist Kaefer Germany (the sub-contractor of Siemens) to successfully set up the operating offices in Ca Mau and in Dong Nai for providing insulation services for Ca Mau power plant and Nhon Trach power plant. Successfully, assisted them on all accounting, tax and labor issues from the beginning until the end of the project.Thanks for his deep experience in both legal and accounting. As chief accountant, I ensured the company always comply with the provisions of law on accounting, tax, labor, etc. As a senior associate, I have consulted with many big name clients and helped them overcome their challenges in labor, taxes. The factory has more than 2.000 workers. I managed several departments in the factory i.e. accounting department, import-export department and warehouse. I was handling the day to day issues relating to import-export, warehouse, accounting. I used to work with Ministry of Industry and Trade in order to successfully get export quota while the other factories could not, I used to work with provincial police officer to sort it out the problem relating to the factory activities.
