Responsible for driving the transformation of SHI's ITAM services, FinOps services and Microsoft & Software Advisory Group services into a combined services organization who will help our customers understand and deliver on the combined challenges and opportunities these practices present. Key responsibilities for the teams I lead include: •Building SHI's Go-to-Market Process and Strategy •Defining Customer segmentation and Sales Strategy •Building Revenue Intelligence capabilities that provides Sales and Delivery leadership with visibility and data-driven insights •Building ROI processes and reporting as well as data-driven insights into our customer engagements •Quota and forecasting tools and processes •Building our Sales and Delivery Enablement function
Leading the Revenue Operations organization, where we are responsible for: •Customer segmentation and Sales Strategy •Go-to-Market Strategy •Providing Sales leadership with data-driven insights and dashboards •Establishing and measuring KPIs for all Sales roles •Quota and forecasting tools and processes •Identification and adoption of Sales tools
Leads Sales Ops team, who is responsible for optimizing data architecture, building reports and dashboards, and providing analytical insights to support informed decision-making for the sales team. Additional personal responsibilities include redesigning and automating the forecast process, developing Sales KPIs and supporting dashboards as well as advising on implementation of AI-informed upsell program and sales process-related system changes.
