I lead Agentforce Commerce and Agentforce Revenue Management at Salesforce for the Benelux, where technology, people, and purpose intersect. My focus is on building high-performing teams and ecosystems that deliver results, not just through innovation, but through trust, psychological safety, and growth-minded leadership. As a leader, I believe culture isn’t a “soft skill”, it’s a strategic driver. I challenge people to think differently, stretch beyond comfort zones, and build environments where everyone feels safe to experiment, speak up, and succeed together. I grew up on soccer fields and playing around with my first personal desktop computer, which probably explains my obsession with teamwork, systems, and continuous learning. Outside of Salesforce, you’ll find me cooking, staying active, and using sport as a way to stay focused, grounded, and curious.
