I love helping companies of all sizes implement payments as a service. I help companies directly and through bank partners who white label our services for their business and commercial clients. I have a valuable blend of business and technical skills gained by playing a rare combination of roles during my career. My experience lets me contribute success to services and projects many from many angles. Examples of roles I’ve played . . . * Implementation Specialist – I follow best practices when implementing services for clients while keeping in mind that “one size never fits all”. I help establish implementation processes, and then I continually help improve them. * Product Owner - Great software is no accident. As a product owner, I set priorities, build business cases, provide software requirements and user stories, manage/prioritize backlog, support product marketing, create and share the product roadmap, create release notes, and manage the P&L for the product. * Business Analyst - I help product managers, customers, developers, and testers by providing user stories, clarifying requirements, and creating user-friendly documentation. * Project Manager - Someone must “drive the bus” for important projects. When it's me, I manage in an agile manner, help set clear priorities for sprints, and practice open communication so we continually improve as a team. * Written Content - Quality written content is vital for business success. I help with content strategy and content creation. Includes creating or improving marketing materials, information products, ebooks, software documentation (quick start guides, cheat sheets, user guides, FAQs), knowledgebase articles, web pages, course materials (lessons & worksheets), blog posts, and sales enablement materials. * Testing & User Experience (UX) - People are extremely distracted. If your apps, web pages, or marketing messages are buggy, slow, or confusing . . . you lose sales or gain support costs. I help by sharing enhancement ideas, finding bugs (so customers don't have to), and providing repeatable bug reports. * Sales Support for B2B sales (including businesses selling to businesses, and banks selling to their business customers). Tons of experience creating and delivering presentations, providing demos, creating pricing proposals, creating sell-thru materials, and answering RFPs. * Brainstorming - Confucius say, “Two heads are better than one”. I help by sharing ideas for business growth, sales strategy, process improvement, problem solving, and content marketing ideas. [email protected]
In this position, I help companies activate Deluxe's digital payment services including Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) and eLockbox. Once implemented, companies receive their payments electronically – including the remittance information needed to quickly update their ERP or accounting systems. I help companies directly and through bank partners who white label services for their business and commercial clients. My roles include sales consulting, implementation specialist, training, and post-implementation support. The companies I work with are diverse: • Business models include business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2B). • Industries include utilities, property managers, health services, insurance, manufacturing, loan service providers, tax authorities, and more. • Payment methods include ACH and CARD • Payments occur via web site, secure handoff, API, or third-party bill pay services. The people I’m blessed to work with in this role are amazing.
Thrilled to be the product owner for two services we provide for banks and their business clients using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model . . . 1) Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) 2) eLockbox I enjoy those services because I love helping businesses get paid in a way that quickly gives them the money they earned and the remittance information they need to efficiently post/book the payments.
I'm a product manager for WAUSAU’s Outsourcing business. In my role, I serve as product owner, business analyst, and project manager as needed. I’m part of an excellent team of professionals providing banks and their business customers with outsourced lockbox/remittance processing services, an Internet-based remittance archive, and integrated receivables services using a software as a service business model. Our world class service gives customers all the business benefits of our solutions without the hassles that go with running software in-house (software license fees, hardware costs, people costs, technology/software upgrades, and never-ending security challenges). I help self-employed people get their most important projects done on time. I covered the ways I can help in the “Summary” section (above), so let me just add . . . whether you're swamped (from having more projects than hours), stuck (from too much analysis or not knowing where to start), or overwhelmed (from needing to streamline your systems) . . . I can help. Don’t stay blocked! You have something valuable to add to the world, and our world needs all the help it can get right now. I’ll help you remove whatever barriers are delaying your important projects, and if I can’t help, I'll point you to someone who can. I'd love the opportunity to discuss how I can help you finish your important projects on time. [email protected] p.s. Have a GREAT One!
