Larsen & Toubro Infotech is a consulting organization that is responsible for managing Citi's Electronic Markets (EM) group, a division within Citi Securities Fund Services (SFS). I consulted on project Century, including building relationship management and account management groups.
Responsible for the Fluid Technology IT organization, which consisted of 4 business units and revenue of $5B. Reporting to the President and Global CIO, I was responsible for managing a global IT organization of 200+ employees with a $78M budget. My responsibilities included enterprise architecture, ERP transformation and IT strategy. The IT organization was reorganized shortly after joining ITT.
