About

I’m a revenue-driven executive with over two decades of experience commercializing disruptive technologies across electrification, hydrogen, and mobility — turning complex, early-stage innovations into scalable, revenue-generating businesses. As Vice President of Alta eMobility, I built and scaled one of North America’s most comprehensive EV ecosystem platforms — integrating vehicles, charging infrastructure, hydrogen, and service into a unified solution for commercial customers. Operating within a multi-billion-dollar public company, I worked closely with executive leadership to shape strategy, drive execution, and translate emerging technologies into real-world adoption. My work sits at the intersection of technology and go-to-market execution — identifying where markets are truly ready, building the commercial model, and leading teams to deliver measurable outcomes. I bring a bias for action and operational discipline to environments that are often undefined, helping organizations move from vision to execution. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the ecosystem — from OEM strategy to deployment — partnering with both established and emerging players including Harbinger, Nikola, Tesla, and Plug Power. My experience spans national fleet electrification programs, channel and dealer development, infrastructure deployment, and hydrogen adoption in complex, relationship-driven markets. In parallel, I advise private equity firms, strategic investors, and leadership teams on commercialization risk across the energy transition — helping them understand not just where the market is going, but what it actually takes to win. My focus is on aligning product, channel, service, and infrastructure into models that scale beyond the pilot phase. From building new P&L verticals to negotiating OEM partnerships and leading cross-functional teams, my focus has remained consistent: bring structure to ambiguity, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustainable, scalable growth.

  • Director of Sales at Birdstop
    May 2026 - Present · 2 mos

Building the commercialization strategy for Birdstop from the ground up — including go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, marketing alignment, sales execution, service strategy, financing models, secondary life deployments, and identifying the right channel and strategic partners to scale the business. At Birdstop, the focus is helping enterprise customers, public safety agencies, and critical infrastructure operators deploy secure autonomous drone solutions that deliver real operational value — faster response, better visibility, and better decision making. Birdstop systems are NDAA compliant, built in Detroit, and designed with secure, end-to-end encrypted infrastructure for customers where security, compliance, and operational reliability matter. Current areas of focus include: • Enterprise security and remote operations • Critical infrastructure and utility applications • Construction and industrial site monitoring • Public safety and first responder deployments • Smart city and autonomous infrastructure initiatives • Strategic partnerships and commercialization What makes this especially interesting is the natural overlap with many of the industries I’ve spent years working in — over-the-road trucking, vehicle logistics, material handling, fleet operations, and construction. Many of the same customers are dealing with increasing challenges around theft, remote asset visibility, site security, operational efficiency, and labor constraints, creating a strong fit for autonomous drone technology across multiple markets
