About

Learning designer and trainer with expertise in instructional design, e-learning, education, UX, research, and stakeholder relationships. My current role allows me to integrate these skills to produce evidence-based, user-focused, and high-quality training courses. In my current position I have introduced and led the production of training needs analyses and strategic training plans. Building on this foundation, I have also introduced the production of e-learning training solutions to meet user needs. Working closely with the client and internal teams, I am leading the creation of effective and engaging multi-format training content. I have written comprehensive style guides and procedure manuals to ensure a consistently high quality is delivered across all training content. As a lifelong learner I hold a diverse array of qualifications, including a research Masters, a Masters-level teaching diploma, a UX Design boot camp certificate along with project management, instructional design, and online tutoring certificates. Recently I have expanded my skills to become proficient with industry-leading tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, Camtasia, and AI text-to-speech software. I love making a valued contribution to companies that are working to make people’s lives easier and better in inclusive and innovative ways.
