For most of my adult life, I worked in high-stakes environments — Coast Guard, fire department, paramedic. When a medical retirement ended that chapter, I had to rebuild from scratch. What didn't change: I solve problems and build systems that work under pressure. Now I apply that to AI. I design practical AI systems for nonprofits and small teams — automation workflows, content pipelines, and tools that actually get used. Recently I built a complete AI-powered fundraising and content system for a veteran nonprofit — turning a manual process into a repeatable engine. I build with Claude, n8n, and custom AI agents.
