About

As an engineer I have worked in startup as well as in regular engineering organizations and found both environments rewarding although nothing can really match the buzz and thrive of a startup (including the late nights, the ups and downs, etc.). Engineering experience has been mostly in overlapping field of process technology, library and EDA that requires skills and insights in all three fields. At a later stage the marketing and executive management experience was added in. I have successfully and happily worked in many different countries with many different nationalities, one of the great advantages of the field of semiconductors. My goals are to continue learning as every work experience is a learning experience. The semiconductor industry continues to be highly dynamic and every day brings new things to learn and to deal with. Growing a company is one of the key challenges that I like when looking forward. Not only as a CEO but also as a Board member, Advisory Board member or consultant to other companies, both existing as well as new startups.
