After two and a half decades of automotive industry experience, I began my Decorative Concrete Journey in 2015. I've been fortunate to have experienced so many facets of each of these industries, bottom to top, blue to white collar, hands on and behind the scenes. I consider my broad experience and abilities to be among my strongest assets. In the end, it all comes back to helping people solve problems and offering them agreeable solutions. Sales and training provide me that platform and Decorative Concrete products are that canvas. I enjoy helping businesses and their personell succeed and grow while fostering sense of teamwork and unity. Finding solutions to problems unrecognized and saving wasted productivity and money is rewarding, and I seek those opportunities professionally everyday. I participate in community self improvement initiatives and mentor the like minded, enjoy a bonfire, great meal, time with family and friends, anything motorsports and a long motorcycle ride

Long term role as owner of Polished and Coated Consulting. Worked on streamlining and revamping the Adhesives Lab/Squidpoxy/Presidential Equipment businesses in all respects. Developed new systems and strategies. Created new sales and marketing channels.
