Head of the Asia Customer Support leading the Customer Support Business Unit in achieveing the goals and tasks. Providing the necessary basis for a healthy business culture that encourages the highest level of service and performance.
Responsible for the Singapore Customer Support Office and to lead a team of Service Engineers to support and maintenance the existing MHS system. To provide customer support, maintainence, troubleshoot and repair of systems. To improve the system availability and provide spare parts management. Participate in setting up and commissioning of new system. Achievement: Sales Award for the Largest customer support order in region Asia for Monetary Authority of Singapore upgrading project in 2007.
Responsibilities included System proposal and configuration, Detail system design engineering, Project’s Budget control, Procurement, Documentation, Site installation, Testing and Commissioning.
