I work in collaboration with steel and pipe manufactures to provide custom turnkey solutions to process problems. By interfacing with DynaIndustrial’s engineering and manufacturing personnel we can supply engineered equipment, equipment repairs or OEM replacement parts.
Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of 1.4 M ton per year Rolling Mill. Rolling Mill consisted of walking beam reheat furnace, single stand Steckel mill, upcoiler and plate finishing equipment. Also involved in design, procurement and installation of equipment associated with the rolling and finishing process including high-pressure descale systems, hydraulic systems, control systems and material handling systems.
Design and installation Steckel Mill Coiler Drum polishers on three Steckel Mills Design and installation of high impact primary descale for weathering grade steels.
