Recent Accomplishments • Developed Clive personalization tool using Ruby/Rails/React processing millions of page views, smart content renderings, and form submissions monthly to create personalized web experiences for site visitors. • Implemented a Salesforce Integration in Clive to create a broader more unified site visitor dataset by syncing data between the two apps. • Migrated Analytics connector from Google Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) ensuring the continued operation of analytics functionality using either UA or GA4. • Built a recommendation system in Clive using Amazon Personalize to enable ML-based suggestions for site visitors. • Migrated to v2 of Tenon accessibility API in Cascade CMS to improve reliability and scalability. • Migrated the Cascade CMS front-end from monolithic JS to jQuery with requireJS modules as well as revamped the JSP template structure to provide more flexibility. • Designed and implemented a dynamically scaling multi-threaded publishing queue system to achieve higher publishing throughput.
