Onboarded to accelerate growth for initial foray into ISO tank container depot and transport services. Reported directly to ownership as part of Senior Management leadership team. Worked cross-functionally with Operations Managers to establish market pricing, asset alignment and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities included oversight of sales, pricing, customer service, and marketing as related to constructing domestic logistical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Played a consultative role with colleagues on performance expectations while ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices. Managed customer Bid & Contract processes. Resolved disputes with associated US ports, rail ramps and CHB/Freight Forwarders. Developed new revenue streams by leveraging long-standing customer relationships and expanding the Depot footprint. Increased revenue from $4.2M to $9.7M adding 36 new customers (2018 to 2019) and from $9.7M to $15.4M adding another 29 new customers (2019 to 2020) by strategically pricing all markets and targeting new customers.
Developed and executed overall US commercial strategy for asset-light 3PL enterprise utilizing owned/leased ISO tank containers. Produced international logistical solutions employing ocean, rail and trucking carriers to the liquid bulk chemicals space. Managed customer Bid processes as well as portfolio of new and established accounts within the southern US territory. Procured Contracts with both customers and operations vendors.
