I have decided to semi retire and am reducing my working week to 3 days and will continue to support the business going forward. We are currently running an internal process to fill my old role over the next few weeks. I provide advice on corporate governance, compliance and business improvement across the Sener Australia business. I also support tenders and provide advisory to clients on policy, strategy and integrated management systems.

Leading safety and systems assurance for ALTRAC Light Rail, the PPP OpCo. Responsible for obtaining and managing Rail Safety Accreditation and assuring Work Health and safety across the PPP.
Delivering best practice in development, coordination, delivery and management of the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) Safety Risk Management Framework. Strengthening risk management capability and continually improving performance to ensure that corporate goals and objectives are achieved and corporate and operational WHS risks are managed.
Independent Consultancy Contract Roles including: Mauldon Dombarton Rail Link Concept Design Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance support to the Parsons Brinkerhoff tender and delivery teams. Asset Management consultancy (6 months) support to Bombardier’s O&M joint venture with Serco for the North West Rail Link PPP Project in Sydney. GoldlinQ – Independent Professional Rail Safety Reviewer for the Gold Coast Light Rail PPP Safety Assurance Program. Provision of a Readiness audit for the Keolis Downer Goldcoast light rail project asset management team 1 year out from start of operations. This included infrastructure, rolling stock and depots.
