Joined Elastic at <180 employees and <25M in revenue because of the Sales leadership in place and Elastic’s opportunity/vision to be a data platform for all types of data. I was very invested in getting to know the Developers and builders that made Elastic so popular. Over the course of this year, we opened up long lasting open source and commercial relationships with PayPal, FireEye, Palo Alto Networks, Intel, Adobe, etc. and grow our existing relationships with companies like Cisco, eBay, HP.
Joined MongoDB pre <200 employees and <20M in revenue, when we were called 10Gen, to help open up Enterprise relationships in the Bay Area, CO, and UT. In 2012, MongoDB was becoming an extremely popular option towards the non-relational movement of data management in the DBMS space. Those years were heavy evangelizing around the technology and partnering with the builders/developers on how they wanted to bring applications to market faster, have a more agile and flexible system of record, and increase productivity. Consistently was over 100% in ACV/Bookings targets all three years.

As the 30th employee, was very much a part of building out the Business Development and Sales GTM covering Internet Marketing companies on the West Coast.
