Managed the merger of five units the first year. Integrated another major unit the second year and a third in year three concurrent with the consolidation of over 300 other ID management systems.

Managed the US Citi Cards Continuity of Business unit and the Citi South Dakota Cards Data Center and was a Senior Mainframe Systems Software Support Analyst/PL. I established software environments at three companies prior to Citi and in Citi's SD, NV, and MD Data Centers. I also designed, wrote, and implemented multiple utilities and processes including the one that enabled (two hour) warm recoverability between Citi Cards data centers.
