Previously, as Wholesale Business Partner at Micheldever Tyre Services and Demand and Supply Planning Manager at GSF Car Parts, I honed my skills in demand forecasting and inventory analysis, establishing processes that significantly impacted operations. Responsibilities: Establish forecasting processes and set up rolling 18-month event horizon to include all events with an inventory impact. Special focus on variance analysis. • Establish sales forecast • Establish inventory forecast for monthly FP&A in Finance • Create forward order process for suppliers Achievements: • Established monthly demand forecast for top suppliers • Established monthly inventory forecast for finance with key stake holders • Created the 1st phase of forward ordering process for a selected supplier for 180 SKU’s.
Responsibilities: Introduction of new model parts (app. +20,000 SKU/year) and early life support (the 1st 6 month after start of delivery). • Create deployment timeline and forecast for new model launches (major launches: Jaguar I- Pace, Land Rover Evoque 2, New Defender, New Range Rover) • Deploy stocked parts for start of delivery • Early life support for 6 month after start of delivery. • Training new team members and manage undergrads Achievements: • Standardise reporting for cross brand (saved a day of work by restructuring the reports and up- dating them with advanced formulas and functions) • I-Pace (launched 2018 summer): 90% availability, stock in bin by start of delivery 80% and 110% of the stock was sold through in the 1st 6 month. • New Defender (launched 2020 spring/summer): 80% availability stock in bin by start of delivery 70%. Great feedback from markets regarding my support during the COVID lockdown and the limited stock availability during launch. • Tightened cross functional communication with engineering and markets (weekly/monthly rolling meetings)
