Mike Finke is the Manager of Customer Support at Arista Information Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of the Meridian Enterprise, specializing in transactional document images, printing, mailing and online payments. Mike has an extensive history in the print and mail industry beginning in 1993 operating laser printing and mailing equipment. In 2001, Mike joined Arista as a customer service representative and has served in areas of operations, customer implementation, customer service, quality control, and management during his tenure. He currently leads a team of eight customer support and application quality control representatives providing high levels of customer service, implementation, and project management to the members and customers of Meridian Enterprise. Mike obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Minor in Classical Studies from Virginia Tech in 1997. He received Certification in Organizational Leadership in 2022.
