Mr. Dillon assists organizations implement long-term business transformations to maximize revenue through business growth and operational efficiencies. He leads the development of strategic plans and deployments of solutions that include rapidly changing ethical AI solutions, RPA, Big Data Governance, Automations and Cloud transformations to provide agility in responding to current and future challenges. Mr. Dillon is highly seasoned with complex implementations including enterprise AI solutions, ERP inclusive of Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Salesforce. Mr. Dillon has decades of experience with full P&L responsibility that includes sales, delivery and customer satisfaction. He has scaled startup organizations to over $110M in annual revenue and sold single multi-year contracts exceeding $85M as well as worked as a leader with companies over $35B in annual revenue. Mr. Dillon has served in executive global leadership positions throughout his career including as a partner at PwC where he founded and led PwC’s ERP implementation business in Higher Education. As a Managing Director within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services business unit, he helped lead 300% growth of Deloitte’s Oracle higher education business unit within 3 years. For twenty-one years, Mr. Dillon was an executive at Ciber, a $1B company, serving eventually as Vice President for the Global Oracle Practice. His responsibilities included international consulting, delivery, sales, marketing and alliances. Mr. Dillon personally spearheaded the development of the Ciber’s ERP consulting business in Europe. More recently, Mr. Dillon continued his dedication to higher education through a public benefit corporation, Core Education and Its mission-driven work is to help struggling institutions survive and thrive in arguably the most challenging economic environment. As EVP of Digital Solutions at Core, Mr. Dillon lead the technology division including AI solutions to enhance productivity, efficiencies and cost reductions. Mr. Dillon continues to be deeply committed to non-profit and charity work. Mr. Dillon earned both a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Analysis from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as Bachelor of Arts in History with honors.
