I'm a seasoned excavation superintendent, leader and strategist. I've worn many hats in my career as a superintendent; as a result I have the strong ability to multi-task and navigate complex challenges. My background of growing up in the industry has allowed me to have personally been involved in every aspect of a project all the way from having a shovel in my hand, shooting grade/staking, operating every piece of equipment, to overseeing production and efficiency. Not only can I instruct; I can lead by example as well.
