• Developed and documented workplace health and safety programs for manufacturing sector • Developed and documentation processes (policy, process, and work instruction) for quality systems in both service sector and product manufacturing sector • Developed a process for X-ray radiation management reporting • Enhanced product integrity and reduced overall manufacturing error through the application of industrial engineering principles in a manufacturing environment. • Developed a just-in-time product and service delivery using a Kanban inventory management program which allowed for more effective production flow in the factory. • Managed an investigative laboratory for testing shear strength of various materials during an investigation and inquiry and created reports supporting post-incident investigations. • Studied the principals of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and organized tests to prove the data, applying them to the risk management of processes (CAF Sea King modernization program, and the CNR Turbo Train with United Aircraft) / conducted similar failure tests and studies in Antarctica. • Developed a process for numbering and management of corporate documentation prior to the automated methods currently in use. • Developed and delivered Quality Management Training Programs for an international registrar. • Developed publically available ISO 9001 training program for the same international registrar • Represented Canada through the National Quality Institute of Canada for the development of the International Auditor Accreditation Program.
