I lead Aetna's national Sales Enablement organization for our Commercial & Specialty Markets business. My team is responsible for the operational functions (including sales support, sales effectiveness, field communications & plan sponsor marketing, customer reporting & analytics, broker & consultant strategic relationships, producer compensation programs, and internal sales incentive compensation programs) that support our field team members, plan sponsors, and producer partners.
Responsible for the company’s Commercial and Medicare businesses, including network provider contracting, in the MD, DC, and VA markets.
Responsible for growing and retaining Aetna's public sector and labor business in the PA, DE, WV, MD, DC, and VA markets.
Responsible for developing client relationships across all of Mercer's lines of business.
Led a sales and account management team responsible for growing Aetna's national accounts business in the MD, DC, and VA markets.
