Over the last two plus decades, I’ve worked in retail, wholesale, franchising, non-profit, agency and consulting firms. Each change in my career was because I was recruited to build, re-build, transform or scale an organization. Select Accomplishments: • Founded or Co-founded three marketing agencies and one tech startups. • Led marketing, branding, and digital initiatives across three business units at CCA Global Partners that helped drive annual double-digit revenue increases from 2013 to 2022 to nearly $900 million: an increase of over 60%. • Led several major multi-year digital transformation initiatives inside two large organizations. • Launched or refreshed numerous brands and drove significant year-over-year growth in revenue. • Built or restructured numerous teams to adapt to evolving strategies, challenges and opportunities. • Increased employee satisfaction of a 24-person team lowest to highest two consecutive years at the Lutheran Church. • Led a major regional initiative on behalf of the St. Louis Science Center to secure a major science festival from Europe, secured $300k in funding from corporate sponsors, media entities and government. Co-directed the festival which had 17,000 attendees over three days. • Worked as an outside agency consultant or internal transformational leader in numerous organizations in healthcare, non-profit, science and technology, economic development, home improvement, consumer products. I love traveling with and spending time with my family, playing pickleball, working out, traveling, supporting my church, mentoring others, and dedicating my time to people and organizations that positively impact others.
The LCMS is comprised of over 5,800 congregations and 1,800 schools across the U.S. and Canada along with 5 universities, 2 seminaries, and missionary operations in 40 countries. Lead the marketing, production, web, design, social media, video, photography, writing and editorial teams at the LCMS International Center, the headquarters for the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. • Secured funding from Board of Directors for comprehensive multi-phase digital platform rebuild. Oversaw the project to consolidate over a dozen websites on numerous platforms with over 100k pages of content into one. Phase 1 launch scheduled for fall 2025 launch. • Established the plan and new business model to merge The Lutheran Witness and Lutheran’s Engage the World into one more robust monthly print publication with an increase reach while also reducing costs by over $500k annually and shifting more resources to digital channels such as YouTube to expand reach with younger audiences. Expected launch summer 2026. • Re-established a positive working relationship between the Communications department and all ministry and business units at the International Center along with the four global regions of International Mission. Instituted new practices which led to greater brand consistency and collaboration with the other units. • Lifted team morale from the business unit with the lowest employee satisfaction to the highest two years in a row.
Responsible for all marketing, branding and digital initiatives, including eCommerce, across three business units that include hundreds of individually owned showrooms across the U.S. and Canada. - Led the updated branding and digital transformation for ProSource Wholesale, our largest B2B franchise brand. The transformation included modernizing our web presence on a new CMS, digital marketing, CRM & POS integration and App development. It also included restructuring the team, recruiting and training new talent, and implementing a suite of marketing software applications as well a Customer Satisfaction practices including Net Promoter Score. Helped to grow sales from approximately $500M to $850M during my tenure. - Led companies first eCommerce platform for Lighting One. - Responsible for event management which includes several annual conventions, regional meetings as well as franchise/dealer communications. - Promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President.
