About

I work at the intersection of travel, hospitality, product, commercial strategy, and delivery. Over the past 20 years, I’ve helped build, scale, and grow businesses across TravelTech, hospitality, tourism, aviation, and digital services — from hotel groups and distribution networks to multi-service booking platforms and enterprise travel programs. Today, I lead Travel & Hospitality work at Civitta and previously co-founded and led product at Trazler, where we built a multi-service trip planning and booking platform integrating flights, rail, hotels, cars, transfers, and tours. Across my work, I’ve been most effective where product, supplier logic, UX, GTM, and execution need to come together into one coherent system. My background combines: • product strategy and platform leadership • booking UX and multi-step journey design • supplier ecosystems, API integrations, and TravelTech architecture • commercial strategy, GTM, partnerships, and distribution • cross-functional delivery across product, design, engineering, QA, and business teams I’ve worked across airline commerce, OTA and multi-vertical travel platforms, cruise and hospitality distribution, market-entry programs, hotel connectivity, and partner ecosystems. I’m comfortable operating from discovery to delivery, and from commercial framing to product roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline. Selected outcomes across the journey include building platforms with 50+ supplier integrations, supporting investor and partner narratives, helping generate €45M+ in annual client sales, growing regional hospitality revenue from €5.5M to €18M, and building large-scale distribution networks across multiple markets. What I bring is not only strategy, and not only execution. I bring the ability to connect business goals, user experience, supplier realities, operational logic, and delivery structure — especially in complex travel and hospitality environments.
