• Organize and plan projects, monitoring and controlling progress and budget, managing risks & opportunities, variation orders, claims, and customer/supplier relationships. • Process, making critical decisions on technical comments raised by customers. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and effective reporting to management. • Master Project Risks & Opportunities, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts on project performance. • Take full responsibility for Project margin deviation, providing accurate margin • Drive customer relationships through proactive communication and key stakeholder engagement. • Bas P/U, HSE, ABT06/AB04 and ESA
• Lead and continuously improve maintenance operation. • Work with key contractors and managers to ensure that site activities are coordinated. • Responsible for personal, hiring, skills development, coach and develop the team. • ESA Appoints electrical safety leaders’ high voltage and low voltage. • Responsible for operation and maintenance of strong and low current facilities and Automation facilities. • ATEX classed equipment on the factory area and training technicians in Atex. • Be responsible for improving/streamlining the production facilities. • Work with 5S and Lean and follow up and act on KPIs. • Responsible for electrical installation work requiring authorization A. • Budget responsibility and approval of timesheets and expenses. • Planning and approval of holidays and on call personal. • Inform the maintenance manager/factory manager about the need for investments. • Work in SAP and IDUS and works with MS office. • Project Management, High Voltage and Medium Voltage ABT06/AB04. • Be involved in procurements, tender and contract management • Hot work, lifting procedures, HSE and on-site introduction.
