Mission Scale Pulse and strengthen its role as the independent voice of Luxembourg’s startup ecosystem. At Pulse Luxembourg, I scale the association’s reach and impact as the independent voice of the startup ecosystem. I lead strategic partnerships and sponsorships end-to-end—from prospecting and proposals to activation and long-term relationship management—while engaging our members through structured onboarding, regular touchpoints, and community programs. I coordinate and level-up event activities to boost visibility and participation, map the sponsor ecosystem (banks, law firms, corporate innovation teams, service providers, and public/private partners) to drive targeted outreach, and represent Pulse with stakeholders, bringing founders’ needs, ambitions, and challenges to partners and institutions.
At Arca Properties Luxembourg, I lead the marketing and performance strategy across our property portfolio, with a focus on increasing visibility, enhancing guest experience, and optimizing operational outcomes. My responsibilities include driving marketing initiatives and campaigns, managing OTA performance and full listing operations, and ensuring our brand is well-positioned within the Luxembourg market. I also contribute to the development of strategic partnerships that support the company’s long-term growth. Alongside this, I manage our guest communication and support teams, support in corporate housing partnerships, and lead automation and AI-driven improvements that boost internal efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. The Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN) is a non-profit organization unlocking the potential of private investors in Luxembourg. Our mission is to give the appropriate tools to business angels in order to become better private investors and be more comfortable in doing investments. I actively participated in event planning and execution, adapting to virtual events during the pandemic and transitioning to in-person events. Additionally, I contributed to LBAN's digital marketing efforts, including content planning, email marketing, and distribution list management. I also played a key role in managing LBAN's social media presence, creating content, and monitoring analytics to enhance engagement. My responsibilities extended to conducting industry-specific research, ensuring brand consistency in corporate documents, and assisting with product and program launches. This experience has enriched my skills in communication, marketing, and event management.f the early-stage industry are not only heard but acted upon.
